1. Introduction
This Delivery Policy outlines the procedures and timeframes for the provisioning and delivery of Services provided by Transition Technologies Limited (UK Company No. 12992455) and its registered affiliate in Pakistan. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. General Provisioning Principle
Most of our digital services are provisioned automatically upon successful verification of your order and payment. The delivery timeframes specified below are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party registry processing times, payment verification delays, or incomplete customer information.

3. Service-Specific Delivery Timeframes

3.1. Domain Name Services

• New Domain Registrations: Typically processed and activated immediately upon successful payment. In rare cases involving registry verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Domain Transfers: The transfer process begins once the customer provides the correct authorization code (EPP code) and approves the transfer request. Domain transfers are dependent on the releasing registrar and can take 5-7 business days to complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by the losing registrar or incorrect authorization codes.

3.2. Web Hosting & Email Services

• Shared, Reseller, and Business Hosting: Accounts are provisioned instantly upon successful payment. Login credentials are automatically sent to the email address provided during registration.

• VPS and Dedicated Servers: Provisioning typically occurs within 2 to 4 hours of order confirmation, as it requires the allocation of dedicated resources and the installation of an operating system. Complex configurations may require additional time, for which we will provide an update.

3.3. SSL Certificates

• Domain Validation (DV) SSL Certificates: Typically issued within minutes to a few hours after domain validation is completed.

• Organization Validation (OV) and Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificates: Require validation of the requesting organization and can take between 1 to 5 business days to issue, depending on the certificate authority’s processing time and the responsiveness of the organization being validated.

3.4. Add-on Services (Dedicated IPs, Professional Services)

• These services are typically activated within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation, subject to configuration requirements.

4. Customer Responsibilities for Delivery
To ensure timely delivery of services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the order process.

• Ensure your email account is active and can receive emails from @hostingorphic.com to avoid missing activation or verification emails.

• Promptly respond to any requests for information needed to complete the provisioning process (e.g., providing documentation for SSL certificate validation).

• For domain transfers, ensure the domain is unlocked at the current registrar and that the correct authorization code is provided.

5. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays in service delivery resulting from:

• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

• Delays by third-party registries, certificate authorities, or financial institutions.

• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, war, terrorism, and government restrictions.

6. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery of Services is considered complete, and the service term begins, upon:

• The automated email containing your service login credentials being sent to you (for hosting/SSL).

• The domain appearing as registered in the public WHOIS database (for domains).

• The provision of access credentials or installation confirmation for add-on services.
