4. Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Intent
This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for terminating Services provided by Transition Technologies Limited (UK) and its registered affiliate in Pakistan.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your Services at any time.

• Method of Cancellation: Cancellation must be initiated by logging into your secure client area and using the cancellation form for the specific service, or by submitting a written request to our billing department via email.

• Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

• Immediate Effect: Cancellation will stop all future recurring invoices for the service. It does not automatically generate a refund, unless the cancellation is within the 30-day money-back guarantee period as outlined in our Refund Policy.

• Data Erasure: Upon cancellation, all associated data, including website files, databases, emails, and backups, will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our servers. The data will be purged from our systems after a short grace period. It is your sole responsibility to secure a complete backup of your data prior to requesting cancellation. We cannot recover any data after the cancellation process is complete.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Non-payment of any fees that are more than 10 days past due.

• Any violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

• Any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or performance of our infrastructure or other customers’ services.

4. Domain Name Specifics
Domain name registrations are contracts between you and the registry. We cannot cancel a domain mid-term. Domains will automatically expire at the end of their registration period if not renewed. You must disable the auto-renewal feature within your client area if you do not wish to renew a domain.
